Warner Set Construction has a complete mill shop, metal shop, CNC Routers, Laser Cutter/Engraver, Water Jet, Plasma Table, and 3D Printers.

We have extensive stage, backlot, and location experience and have worked all across the U.S.and the Caribbean.

 

Our company is based in Chatham County, Georgia and thus we qualify for any state and local county tax incentives. We are licensed, insured and have Federal and State Tax IDs to ensure all production expenses qualify for in state spending.

Safety is our #1 priority on any job.

 

Having graduated with a degree in environmental health and completed OSHA Hazwoper 40 coursework, safety is an ingrained priority in our shop.  We utilize Sawstop table saws to save fingers and hands from life-altering injuries.  Air quality is improved through the use of dust collection down to 2.5 microns.  Equipment has been upgraded to operate more quietly to reduce noise levels and protect hearing.  

 

To further our stewardship, we focus on using as many environmentally sustainable products as possible.  We follow the three R's by trying to reduce the materials that go into sets, reusing and donating materials that can re-enter the construction stream once we are done with them, and finally recycling debris that can no longer be used.  We partner with local schools to volunteer and  donate leftover materials and props to further education of the arts when allowed.
